My Daughter Krista

Sabrina, we are eternally grateful to you for your support. Kathie just directed me here and we cry together again. Krista fought and beat this monster for over 4 years and never once stopped smiling. We all agreed we would never give up and we never did. She left our world to be with God peacefully and in no pain. I was holding her hand, but know in my heart because of her strength she was really holding mine. This pain is something no one should have to endure. It is tempered by Krista's love of life and how well she lived it for 17 years. Kathie and I could not have asked or dreamed of a better daughter or sister to her brothers. She lived and loved as hard as she could and gave vastly more than she ever took. It was important to Krista to be an organ doner. The monster prevented that except for her eyes. We dont need to look hard for those eyes because of thier beauty we will know it. It may be a subtle feeling or a second look, but it will happen to someone who knew her because she touched so many lives. It was a final gift from Krista and she loved giving more than anything else. Thank you everyone for your love and support of Krista and together we must continue this fight against brain tumors until a cure is found. It will happen someday and we can put an end to such needless loss. We love all of you.
