This last summer I will never forget. I worked with Christa. Towards the end of the summer we we were able to stick around if we wanted and play in the water and pretty much break all the rules. I always stayed, and so did she. She was so much fun to goof off with. To swim around with. She told me I was an Olympic diver in a former life. I'll never forget that. Christa was always smiling, or giggling no matter how much pain she was in. She always had to listen to eneryone else sit and complain about how they didn't feel good, and she never said a word. She had so strength, and she was just all around a wonderful person. I always told her I was jealous of her beautiful mermaid hair. It was so long, brown, and had just the right amount of wave to it. It always looked so perfect, and I loved it. It made her look so grown up.

Going back to the pool will be hard next summer because not everyone will be there. I'm really going to miss her, and all her sillyness. She was amazing, and so big hearted. She won't ever be forgotten.
